If you are a fan of the Harry Potter franchise then this is your dream wizarding experience. The attention to detail is amazing and makes it so immersive. My friends and I rented the house for a weekend to marathon the films and the home theater was perfectly equipped with a high resolution projector, surround sound speakers, and 18 recliner chairs for us to settle into. The kitchen was big and equipped enough that if we had wanted to, we could have prepared a thanksgiving dinner with ease. When we weren't watching the movie we were lounging in the Library and astronomy tower, goofing around in the indoor basketball/pickleball court, or playing some foosball. Oh and there's a MASSIVE hot tub in back yard. To get into one of the bedrooms you have to actually walk through a brick wall just like Harry Potter does to get to platform 9 3/4! This house was absolutely perfect for our group getaway and we already plan to return. 5 out of 5 stars.

Kingsbury Manor is so fun Amazing for groups. We stayed for Shakespeare Competition every student had a place. Stupendous bathrooms, the water closets are separate from sinks so you can use the space to get ready & go to the bathroom. The sport court, exercise room, and movie theater were a big hit. Everyone can fit in either place so everyone can be involved in activities. The cargo net, library, and game room are great for smaller group activities. There is a great space for younger children upstairs...but also my teenagers loved it too. The tower has 2 fun chairs perfect for reading. The balcony off the kitchen has an amazing view and so great to sit in the morning to watch the sunrise. The kitchen is large and pantry as well everyone fit their food and multiple cooks at one time. Plenty of dishes and cooking supplies. Dishwashers and washer dryers are plentiful for big groups. The beds and furniture are so fun and comfortable. The decor is spot on! We didn't ever want to leave!!
