The Stephenson Residence showcases our ability to overcome challenges with personalized solutions, delivering a stunning custom home with unique features like a high-end fireplace and tailored interior design that exceeds client expectations.
Challenges
Our client had high expectations and very particular requests, especially regarding the look of the stones for the fireplace. Additionally, bad weather during construction caused a roof leak, requiring immediate attention.
Solutions
To ensure our client felt supported throughout the process, our project manager made himself available 24/7, taking calls at all hours to address concerns and resolve conflicts. We researched and sourced the unique materials for their home interior design, ordering unique rocks from out of state. When weather threatened the interior, we quickly acted to protect the flooring.

This home features standout elements, such as the stunning fireplace stone and unique exterior siding. We also crafted a high-end custom closet using budget-friendly materials, proving that style doesn’t have to come at a premium in home interior design.
