Challenges
This home presented unique challenges around layout functionality and natural light. Several rooms felt disconnected, and the kitchen footprint needed more intentional storage and workspace. Our goal was to help the homeowner get better flow, better lighting, and better everyday use without raising costs unnecessarily.
Solutions
To improve the overall layout, we reworked key areas of the home including the kitchen, dining, and living spaces. We added custom cabinetry for better organization, expanded the kitchen island footprint, and selected finishes that brighten the home while staying timeless. Every design decision focused on blending functionality with comfort.
