Challenges

One of the main challenges we faced was yard drainage. The concrete was built up too close to the house, causing some of the drainage to flow onto the neighbor's property. This issue needed immediate attention to both resolve how to improve yard drainage and maintain the aesthetic of the property, which is critical for any retreat home.

Solutions

To improve the yard drainage, we redirected the water flow to the edge of the concrete and installed a French drain to manage runoff effectively. This solution not only resolved the problem but also helped protect the integrity of the home and surrounding landscape. We pride ourselves on our ability to create custom home solutions regardless of the predicament.
